    The Vino family is an online wine store that focuses mainly on Italian wines.
    We also offer selected producers from other areas of the world to provide a universal experience.

  • How do you select the wines for your shop?

    Our team includes winemakers, wine experts, sommeliers, and wine lovers. We travel and taste wines each month to make sure we keep expanding our palate and yours while keeping your taste buds happy.

  • Do I need to be a wine club member to purchase wine from your website?

    No. Our online wine shop is open to anyone that would like to make a purchase.

  • Do you offer organized trips?

  • When can I expect to receive my order?

    You can expect to receive your delivery in 3-7 business days. Transit time can be affected by the time of the year (E.g., busier shipping month like December) and the location of the final destination. We recommend using a business address, when possible, to ensure a person of at least 21 of age is present to sign for the package.

  • Do you ship in all 50 States?

    No. Due to different state laws and regulations, we cannot ship to ND, NH, UT, MS, AL, VT, KY, SD.


  • Who should join the Vino Family Wine Club?

    Anyone that is looking to taste something new and expand their horizon on wine and grapes. Famous wine critic, journalist, wine writer, and Master of Wine Jancis Robinson explains in her book called ‘Wine Grapes’ that we currently have wine made from 1,368 different vine varieties in circulation. There is a world to explore, and your palate will keep evolving as long as you’ll let it.

  • How are the wines selected for the wine club?

    Each month our Team coordinate targeted tastings on different wine production areas. We focus on producers that respect our strict earth and health-friendly criteria.
    We ultimately source the wine that we believe better represents the grape, the land, and the farmers behind the labels.

  • Do I get to choose the kind of wines in the monthly offerings? (What if I don’t like whites/reds/etc.)

    Our offering is a curated selection of wines based on an ever-changing theme. We want to make the whole process simple for you, and as a wine club member, we are excited to expose you to different wines, grapes, places. You can count on receiving a minimum of 3 red wines for shipment. If you are interested in purchasing specific wines, please visit our shop or our concierge page.

  • Do you ship in the summer months or to warm areas?

    There are many challenges when shipping wine! Here at VFWC we are committed to listen to your needs. The decision is up to you. Simply email us at to let us know that you’d like to put your shipments on hold and we’ll work out the details together.

  • How do I manage my subscription? (cancel or modify my shipments/cc info etc.)

    All your information (cancellation, purchase history, shipping, mailing address) can be modified on your account page.

  • What if I’m not home to accept the delivery?

    A person of 21 years of age must be present to accept delivery. Work address is recommended

  • What should I do if my delivery arrives damaged?

    Always inspect your package before accepting the delivery. If your package arrives looking damaged or tampered with, if possible, decline the delivery and notify us within 24 hours. If you can take a time-stamped photograph of the package, please attach the image to your message. We will send you a replacement package as soon as possible.

  • I just signed up, when will my first order be shipped out?

    We’ll bill your first VFWC shipment upon purchase, followed by a recurring payment on the 28th of each month. You’ll receive your first shipment the following month after you signed up. We’ll send out all orders in the second week of the month. You may skip, pause, or cancel your membership anytime. Simply visit your account page.
