The powerful Valpolicella Ripasso Doc La Corte Del Pozzo from Italy is a blended wine, organically vinified from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella. After harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the winery. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. The fermentation then takes place in small wooden vessels at controlled temperatures. This fermentation is followed by aging for several months on fine lees before the wine is finally bottled. After the wine's completion, the Valpolicella Ripasso Doc La Corte Del Pozzo is carefully harmonized.
